Boulder, CO is accessible via commercial flights arriving in Denver International
Airport (45 miles away from campus). IACURH 2008 will operate a shuttle
service from the airport to campus from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on November 13.
Individual accommodations outside these scheduled shuttle times are typically
not possible, so please plan your arrival schedule accordingly. This is an opt-in
service that your delegation must register for. There will likely not be room on
the shuttles for delegations that arrive without having registered for shuttle
service. Registration for this service will be made accessible on the Conference
Registration website.

Delegations who have signed up for shuttle service are advised of the following
process once they arrive at the airport:

1. Arrive at Denver International Airport (DEN). Collect your group and head to
baggage claim/ terminal. A volunteer will meet as you arrive in the terminal
from each concourse. There will be a check-in table, as well as signage, as you
ascend the escalators into the Jeppson terminal. (Note: Please call 719-290-
6191 if your flight information changes during the day so shuttle schedules can
be changed accordingly. You may have to call more than once)

2. One responsible person (NCC/ Advisor) must proceed to IACURH 2008 shuttle
check-in. Please only send one representative to check your delegation in for
shuttle service. The rest of the group should remain together and be prepared
to head to the baggage claim. Volunteers will take your group to your respective
baggage carousel.

3. From there, volunteers will escort your group upstairs to ground
transportation where you will be assigned a shuttle and transported to Boulder.
The trip will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic
