
The Banquet will be held on Saturday night in the Glenn Miler Ballroom at the University Memorial Center. The banquet will consist of a 3 course meal including:

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Carrot Red Pepper & Succhini Saute
Spinach Mushroom Strudel Purses
Chicken Piccata
Assorted Gourmet Dinner Rools
Minni French Pastries
Cholcoate Dipped Strawberries, Truffles, Mini Cheeecakes

When your delegation registers for the conference, dietary restrictions will be disclosed on the registration website. Meals will be made availible for those requesting a vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, or kosher meal at the banquet. If you have an additional dietary restriction, please e-mail Olmec to make arrangements.
The Banquet will serve as the closing of the conference; awards and due recognition will be rendered at this time.
